How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and manage your hosting services, send invoices and renewal notices, respond to support requests, and ensure security of our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

All passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Data is stored on secured servers. We use HTTPS for all communications. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

We use Jexactyl panel software to manage server infrastructure. Your email may be shared with this system for account linkage. We use SMTP (Gmail) for transactional emails.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and a language preference cookie (fh_lang). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.
