By accessing or using FlashHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FlashHost provides virtual server hosting, game server hosting, and related infrastructure services. All services are provided "as is" and subject to availability.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your credentials with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlashHost services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to: DDoS attacks, spam, mining cryptocurrency without authorization, hosting malware, or violating any applicable laws.

5. Billing & Payments

Services are billed monthly. Invoices are generated automatically 10 days before renewal. Failure to pay will result in service suspension. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Uptime & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party outages or force majeure events.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of abuse. You may cancel your service at any time from your client area.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlashHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
